During my EA career, at the request of my executive, I was given a professional coach. To be honest, I never imagined having a coach for myself — I always thought coaching was just for the executives. I didn’t even know a professional coach would work with an EA.

But it completely changed my life.

It shifted how I showed up at work, how I valued myself, and how I moved through the world.

Now, I’m here to help you do the same.

When I’m not coaching or cheering on Executive Assistants, I’m living life — with all its messy, beautiful, ordinary moments.

I’ve lived and worked in London, Toronto, and even survived a ski season at Big White in Canada. I’ve backpacked through Europe, Central and South America, soaking up experiences that shaped who I am — curious, open-minded, and always ready to grow.

These days, you’ll find me soaking up the sun on the Gold Coast — exploring rainforest trails, walking the beach, and enjoying the little moments that keep life in balance.

I’m a proud mum and unapologetic cat lover — our two kittens run the house. You’ll often catch me on a beach walk at sunrise, gym bag nearby, or enjoying the quiet of a 5am start before the world wakes up.

There was a time when I thought winding down meant a glass of wine or a margarita. These days? You’ll find me with a cup of tea or sparkling water in hand — and honestly, I wouldn’t have it any other way. Swapping the drinks for clarity, energy, and real presence has been one of the best decisions I’ve made for my wellbeing and my family.

I’ve learned (sometimes the hard way) that looking after yourself isn’t selfish — it’s how you show up stronger, clearer, and more you.

Travel, the ocean, family, and fiercely protected downtime keep me grounded. And friendships? They’re treasured. The right people in your corner can lift you higher — I’ve experienced it, and now I pay that forward through coaching.

When I coach, I bring that same energy — no judgement, no corporate stiffness — just real, honest support to help you grow, lead, and thrive.

Over the years, I’ve helped match executives and EAs in partnerships that thrive — because I understand the relationship at the heart of it. And I’ve coached EAs to step into their leadership, own their career path, and take the mic — not just the notes.

Today, I’m building a global movement — a community of Executive Assistants from Tokyo to Toronto who are done playing small. We’re claiming our seat at the table, setting the standard for what it means to lead, and doing it all with presence, purpose, and a little sparkle.
